At DCE, Gurgaon Dronacharyans are encouraged to take a part in various activities, sports, technical fests, adventurous tours etc.
In order to improve self-dependency and develop social- skills, a group of 51 students went on an adventurous tour to Rishikesh, Kanatal and Mussourie during 23th-25th March 2012. The group was guided by Mr. Rajesh Arora, Ms. Manila Tuteja and Mr. Dharamveer.
During three days students enjoyed Body surfing, Cliff jumping, Trekking, Rappelling, Rock Climbing, River rafting etc. The student made every possible effort to make this an interesting and adventurous tour.
The student members and coordinators expressed their heart-felt gratitude to the Principal and all HODs for their permission and cooperation to organize this tour for over all development in the personality of the students.
