Mrs. Minakshi Memoria, Associate Professor from Computer Science Engineering Department Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurgaon attended a two-day Faculty Development Program (FDP) on “Data Analysis Using SPSS” from 23rd to 24th March, 2013 at Gurukul Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar .

The aim of this FDP was to bring together experts from both academia and industry to present their most recent technical work related to data analysis issues, and exchange ideas and thoughts in order to advance this data analysis challenges, which has been considered as one of the most exciting opportunities of present times.

The multidisciplinary academicians Dr. Pankaj Madan and Dr. Anil Dangwal enhanced the knowledge of participants on various topics i.e. Regression Strategy & Modelling, Factor Analysis, Cluster analysis, Exploratory Factor analysis, Multi- Dimensional Scaling, Research designing etc.

The program was purely application oriented and provided hands- on experience to the participants in analysing and interpreting data using statistical software.
