Students are the future of the country and they need to be provided a platform where they can learn how to tackle the obstacles in professional career. Following the importance of ethics and etiquettes, Dr. Anil Sethi delivered a talk in the seminar “Campus to Corporate” organized by the Department of Computer Science Engineering at Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurgaon from 11th to 12th March 2013. This seminar was organized with the purpose to satisfy today’s demands for having an all round personality which is a pre-requisite to be successful in the corporate world. In this program, more than 100 students from CSE Department participated enthusiastically. The participants were exposed to the concepts of Corporate world.

In the present competitive scenario of the globalization, professional values and skillsare the relevant tools which provide positive energy to technocrats for survival and growth. It is only awareness with different skills that inspires hope in us to focus on what matters the most. He also imparted his views on leadership, team-building, positive attitude etc. The main attribute of this program was to convey the students about working in a group, managing a group, enhancing professional etiquettes etc. He also used some stills from movies like “MunnaBhai MBBS”, “Lagaan” etc.

The program was quite beneficial,very much interactive and brought new insights to the students related to corporate world.
