Computer Science Engineering Department of Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurgaon organized a workshop on “National Youth Idea Challenge” on 8th October 2013. Believing that students are powerhouse of ideas and their ideas are often unique because they see world from a very different perspective.

The objective of this workshop was to make the students understand how to implement and apply their innovative ideas in different circumstances and surroundings. The Key - Speaker Patankar Pramod from Indian School for Entrepreneur and Enterprise Development (iSEED) emphasized on “Entrepreneur for Entrepreneurs”. He further discussed Start up Lab, which is the soul of entrepreneurship activities at iSEED. He stated that the Start Up Lab provides the facilities and atmosphere of hands-on experience to the students who want to start their own business as entrepreneurs .

During the workshop he also covered Business startup stories of famous Entrepreneurs like Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, Dhirubhai Ambani etc. He talked about iSEED incubator, which provides resources, space and an environment for startups and entrepreneurs to grow their businesses.

The workshop was beneficial as useful to the students as they learnt technical and soft skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur.
