WORKSHOP ON IBM RATIONAL SEED PROGRAM

A four- day workshop on IBM Rational SEED Program was organised by Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurgaon in partnership with software giant IBM from 4th to 7th March 2013. Mr. Amit Daharwal, IBM representative and trainer from Mapleton Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

The objective of this program was to provide the solution for taming complexity, managing risk, ensuring high quality software, and shortening the learning curve of new technologies to get focused on creative solutions and applications.

The IBM Rational SEED Program covered IBM Rational software CASE tools & training on visual modelling using UMI/OOAD. It was attended by the students and faculty members of CSE & IT Department.Indeed, it was a great learning opportunity for the participants as they got to learn various tools and programs like Use Case Diagram, Class Diagram, Object Diagram, Component Diagram, Deployment Diagram, Activity Diagram, State Chart Diagram, Collaboration Diagram and Sequence Diagram, State Machine Diagram, Communication Diagram and Class Diagram etc.The workshop was quite informative for all participants.
