Three faculty members Mrs. Neha Malik from CSE Department, Mrs. Megha Goel from IT Department and Mr. Dharmender Pal from IT Department of Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurgaon attended one - day Seminar on Oracle Technology Network Java Developer held at Eros Managed by Hilton, Nehru Place, New Delhi, India on 24th April 2014.
The distinguished speakers Mr Simon Ritter, Head of Technical Evangelism, Oracle Corp. Mr. Naveen Asrani, Java Project Management Team, Oracle Corp. and Mr. Kshitiz Saxena from Application Server Group shared their views on Java SE8, Java and the Internet of Things ,Functional Programming Constructs and Simpler Concurrency etc.
The seminar was useful as the attendees got to know different theoretical concepts of Java.
