CSI Gurgaon Chapter and KIIT, College of Engineering organized the contest “Tech Event’16” on 28th March, 2016. Three students Ashish (16905) of CSIT, Deepak Kumar (16523) and Ankur Dahiya (17514) of IT department of Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurgaon participated in the contest.

Deepak Kumar and Ankur Dahiya participated in the Debugging contest. Around 30 students from various colleges participated in the contest. There were two rounds for debugging :

1. Debug the code (MCQs)

2. Programming

Deepak Kumar won the first position and cash prize of Rs. 1000 and Ankur Dahiya bagged the second position and a cash prize of Rs. 500 in the debugging contest.

Ashish participated in LAN gaming, Need For Speed Most Wanted (NFSMW) contest. He won First Prize and a cash prize of Rs. 1000 in the NFSMW contest.

The contest provided the students with a learning experience. The students got an opportunity to share their views and learn new things.
