IEEE India Student Activities Committee (SAC) in association with Lambda Edulabs organized a Robotics Workshop named   Star Innovator 2014, which was hosted by Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology, Delhi on 29 & 30 Jul 14. Star Innovator was a contest on innovation which was a combination of Robotics workshop, and online project internship.

Start Innovator was a premier workshop/contest to identify, encourage and develop student innovators of this country to solve the problems of today and tomorrow through innovative patents, products and solutions. Additionally, the participants got exposure to practical hands on learning/training experience that will in turn help in developing employability skills and bringing out innovations.

The Contest tracks were Robotics, Arduino, Solar and Android applications. The contest involved a workshop, online project internship, zonal contest followed by National contest.

Abhi Tanwar, a student of ECE 7th Semester participated in workshop. Department encourages student for participation in such activities to enhance the creative abilities of students and hones their capacity to innovate applying the concepts learnt in their professional education.
