Ms. Chandra Mukherjee (Assistant Professor) and Ms. Parul Bansal (Assistant Professor) from Electronics and Computer Engineering Department of Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurgaon presented a paper entitled “Analysis of Cardiac Health Using Chaotic Theory” in the International Conference on Recent Trends In Engineering Science and Management (ICRTESM) organized at Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi on 15th March 2015.

The objective of the conference was to bring together people from science as well as management studies and provide a platform for budding researchers to present their work. The conference covered all branches of engineering & Management. Scholars and academicians from different fields attended the conference and presented their papers on latest technologies.

During their presentation they explained an algorithm that is based on conventional digital filtering. Heart failure and a variety of other pathologies demonstrate a paradoxical decrease of the nonlinear variability observed in the normal sinus rhythm in healthy people. They also talked about ECG signal, QRS region, HRV, clinical instability etc.

The conference was ended with distribution of certificate to the paper presenters.
