The objective of the workshop was to give various ideas on the protection of network and disclose skills on ethical hacking.

Ethical Hacking is the official method to hack systems and find loop holes in existing security systems and networks applications. Issues that are raised in this process are used in research and development for developing high security systems. During the development of the Internet, computer security has become a major concern for businesses and governments. They want to be able to take advantage of the Internet for electronic commerce, advertising, information distribution and access, and other pursuits, but they are worried about the possibility of being "hacked." At the same time, the potential customers of these services are worried about maintaining control of personal information that varies from credit card numbers to social security numbers and home addresses.

According to Speaker, hacking report must be confidential as it should face the organizations security risks. If this goes wrong in any way the organization results in fatal, penalties and loss. Thus ethical hacking is done by hackers on owner's request. Mainly this is seen in corporate companies and organizations. Ethical hacking techniques are used for game cheat codes, hacking accounts and other for good result. Majorly used for fight against cyber terrorism and to take preventive action on hackers.
