The IEEE NIEC has organized TECHNORAX - The Technical Exhibition on 4th October 2016 at Northern India Engineering College (NIEC). 12 students from CSE and 11 students from IT of Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurgaon took part in the project competition.

The event was aimed to provide platform to the students interested in technology to show their projects. Enthusiastic students participated with full enthusiasm.

The event started from the welcome speech by Dr. G.P Govil (Director), NIEC Then, Dr. Yamini (Principal) NIEC in her introductory speech told that IEEE Delhi Section made its first appearance in NIEC and inspired the students for project competition. IEEE ¬ NIEC Chair Person Mr. Vivek Goyal welcomed the Chair Person of IEEE Student Branch of GTBIT (Guru Tegh Bahadur Institute of Technology) as a guest of honour.

Projects presented by DCE students at Technorax were: Women Safety Device, Centralized Medical System, Quad copter, MATLAB GUI water canon robot, FM Jammer, Cell Phone Detector, Line Following Robots, Object Avoider, Gesture Control Robots, and Home Automation System.

In the end certificates and prizes were distributed to the winners as well as the participants.
