National Conference

On

RF and Wireless Communication Networks

(NCRWCN-2014)

Mrs. Neha Malik, Assistant Professor from Computer Science Engineering Department presented the Paper in National Conference on RF and Wireless Communication and Networks NCRWCN- 2014 held on 6th December 2014 and hosted by Amity School of Engineering and Technology. The Conference was sponsored by ISST India, DST India, Indraprastha University Delhi and Central bank of India.

About the Conference
The main goal of the conference was to provide a platform to bring together Scientists, Engineers, Researchers and Professionals from all over India to present new ideas and ongoing research activities and, therefore, to trigger fruitful exchanges and future collaborative research. The conference provided opportunities for delegates to exchange views, insights, knowledge and planning for the future development in various areas of RF, wireless communication and networks.

Prof. B. V. R. Reddy Dean, USET, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi, delivered inspiring lecture on Innovation, Research and Development. Conference covered many recent research topics like Computer networks, Wireless Communication etc. Other key speakers of the conference were Prof. Shiban K Koul Deputy Director, IIT, Delhi, Prof. G. S. Tomar Machine Intelligence Research (MIR) Lab, Gwalior, Prof. Naveen Rajpal Dean, USICT, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi, Prof. Brahmjit Singh NIT, Kurukshetra, Dr. Seema Verma Banasthali University, Jaipur, Rajathan, Dr. S. Indu Delhi Technological University, Delhi, Dr. K. K. Sharma MNIT, Jaipur, Rajasthan. Organizers honoured all participants of the conference by distributing certificates & mementos.

A research paper entitled “A Survey on Software Metrics for Component Based Software Systems” was presented by Mrs. Neha Malik in the conference on 6th Dec. 2014. The emphasis of paper was on the usage of Complexity metrics for Component-based Software Systems in Software Industry. The paper was based on survey study conducted on Software developers, Testers, Research Engineers of many major Software Companies.
