An Inter College Technical Fest “IT Vidwan” was organized by Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Institute of Management And Information Technology (Affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi) on 23rd September, 2016. Five students from CSE department namely Ashish Kumar (18028), Bhavya Wadhwa (18037), Chirag Aghi (18042),Dimple (18052) and Divyansh Chauhan (18056) from Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurgaon participated in the event “Technical Quiz”.

There were several teams from different institutes who participated in technical quiz. There were three rounds in Technical Quiz.

In the First Round, the teams were given 20 questions of quantitative aptitude and Basics of C. The Second Round was a “Rapid Fire” in which 5 questions were asked and there was a time limit to answer those questions. It consisted of the questions related to programming languages, Data Structures, Electronics and SQL.

The Final Round was a Buzzer Round with questions related to programming languages, Data Structures, Electronics and SQL.

CSE students showed excellent performance in the event and qualified for the final round.

Paticipation of students in the technical quiz helped them to build up their confidence and also they learned new things in the field.
