Events & Seminars

Four students from Computer Science & Engineering Department, Dronacharya College of Engineering ,Gurgaon i.e Nishant Pundir (15065), Vivek Teotia (15118), Sachin Malik (15085), Saksham Wason (15093) attended Tech Marathon, an annual fest of Deen Dayal Upadhyay College of Delhi University on 25-26 February 2015.

There were several technical events which took place during the fest such as Battle of bytes, Eureka, Conundrum, Zero-G, Robotron, Snake Jam, Junkyard, Ad-Mad, AlgOwls, C-benders etc. The events in which our students participated are Battle of Bytes, Junkyard, Conundrum, Eureka.

Battle of bytes was a technical event related to C++ & Java coding. In this event the team from Dronacharya qualified final round and was selected in top 9 teams. Junk Yard was the technical event related to computer hardware competition. In this event, the team from Droacharya qualified final round and was selected in top 8 teams. Conundrum was the technical event related to Cryptography. Eureka was the competition known as Treasure Hunt. In this event also, Dronacharya team qualified upto second round.

By taking part in all these events students realized that they can achieve things if they do efforts because participation helps them to make skills more sharpen & better. The whole event was full of knowledge and skilful.
