THOMSO’15

THOMSO’15 was a cultural festival held annually at IIT Roorkee. The Government of Uttarakhand proclaimed Thomso as the Annual Youth Festival of Uttarakhand Ashish Gahlawat, (16905) and Sushil Sharma, (16942) from CSIT department of Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurgaon participated in the Thomso’15.

The participants in the fest were mainly scholars and academicians from all over the country. The fest had included events like management quiz competition, Stage play, cyber gaming contest in which participants were tested on their gaming skills in FIFA, DOTA, Counter Strike and NFS. etc.

Ashish Gahlawat won the first prize in event LAN gaming and Sushil Sharma got the second position in coding game of APOCALYPSE.

The fest was fun filled and simultaneously educational.
