EVENT OCT 2013

IEEE student branch of Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurgaon organized an event “TechnoBuzz – 13” on 23rd-24th October 2013. The objective was to make the students aware of the latest technologies and innovations and develop creativity, team spirit and leadership qualities among them. Dr. M.N. Hoda, Director BVICAM and Exe.Com member of IEEE was the Chief-Guest for the event.

Technobuzz-2013 inaugurated by Dr. Prerna Gaur, Secretary IEEE Delhi section. She interacted with the students and talked about Fuzzy Logic and MAT Lab Programming. She stated that fuzzy logic is a convenient way to map input space to output space and gives us the ability to reply a yes-no question with a not-quite yes- or-no answer. MATLAB Programming provides a powerful computing environment for control system design, signal processing, modeling, analysis, algorithm development, accurate numeric computation and built-in visualization that makes it easy to work with complex systems and data arrays. MATLAB Toolboxes specialized functions and easy-to-use graphical user interface tools speed up the solution of application-specific problems.

The event witnessed various competitions like Project Competition, Poster Presentation, Paper Presentation and Technical Quiz. Students participated in different avenues of the event and showed their talent.

The event concluded with the distribution of prizes to the winners.
