PAPER RECYCLING

Paryavaran Club of Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurgaon organized a One-day workshop on“Paper Recycling” on 17 October 2013 in association with Greenobin Recycling Pvt. Ltd., Gurgaon. The objective of this workshop was to aware the students about recycling.

Mr. Nitin Goel - Director, Greenobin Recycling Pvt. Ltd. was the Guest speaker for the event. The program commenced with an Inaugural Address by the Hon’ble Principle, Prof. (Dr.) M. N. Hussain. He also shared his views about reducing the wastage of paper by recycling it.

Later the key speaker addressed the students and briefed them about the objective of recycling in the interest of industry and society. He also imparted the knowledge about various processes and techniques used in paper recycling.

A Quiz Contest was also organized among the students. Teams from all departments participated in this contest and the prizes were distributed to the winner teams. The program concluded with a vote of thanks by student coordinators of the Paryavaran Club.
