INDUSTRIAL VISIT TO NETWORK BULLS

On 4th September 2014, a group of forty eight students from Information Technology Department of Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurgaon visited Network Bulls, Gurgaon. The purpose of this Industrial visit was to familiarise students with a variety of network technologies like Router, Switches, Designing Network, Implementation of the Design & providing support to Network related issues.

Mr. Deepanshu Budhija, Chief Operating Officer, Network Bulls addressed the students and discussed about various networking concepts like Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Wireless, Video & IP Telephony, Server & Storage etc. Network Bulls Technologies provides a variety of networking services starting from designing your network, implementing the design, to providing the support for your network related issues, and many more. NBT specializes in all Networking Services and assures you a secure and reliable network. He said that there are lot of career opportunities in the field of networking, Network Security, Server and Storage and Voice over IP. He also discussed about the various certification in the field of networking like CCNA, CCNP, CCNA Security, CCNP Security and CCIE.

CCNA is the associate level Certification in Networking offered by Cisco. CCNA in Routing and switching covers basics of Cisco Networking and Routing switching technologies along with IP addressing schemes, routing basics, switching and Wan Technologies. CCNA Security Certification in Network Security Technologies covers basics of Network Security, Network Attacks, VPN’s, Firewalls and Cisco Router Switch Security.

CCNP Certification is Professional Level Certification in Routing Switching Technologies offered by Cisco. After completion of CCNP Training, candidate will be able to plan, implement, verify and troubleshoot local and wide-area enterprise Cisco networks. CCNP Security Certification gives in-depth knowledge of Network Security Technologies using Cisco ASA Firewalls, Routers, Switches and IPS Systems. CCNP Security is professional level Certification . After completion of CCNP Security Training, students will have deep knowledge of ASA firewalls, VPN’s, IDS/IPS and AAA technologies.

Students also got exposure to CCIE Voice Certification. This is the highest level of Certification by Cisco in the field of Networking Technologies in VoIP Track. To clear this exam, candidate should have strong knowledge of Voice technologies up to CCNP level, to go for CCIE Voice Certification. Network Bulls is offering CCIE Voice Training on Biggest Infrastructure of VoIP Training in India.

The visit was informative and useful for the students as they learnt about various CISCO technologies and different types of certification programs in the field of networking. It enhances the chance of getting good career opportunities in the field of networking.
