Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurgaon in association with NITTTR, Chandigarh MHRD, Govt. of India conducted the fivedays’ Workshop on Induction Training Program through ICT from 24th to 28th March 2014.
The programme initiated with the Inaugural Ceremony and Instigation to the Course with presence of Dr. M. P. Poonia, Dr. P K Tulsi and Dr. S. S. Patnaik. The next session on the first day was conducted by Dr. Sunil Dutt on “Instructional Planning and Delivery” and the final session was conducted by Er. Amardev Singh on “Intellectual Property Rights”.
The second day of the programme initiated with the topic “Institutional Leadership” relinquished by Dr. M. P. Poonia. The next session deliberated about the most important topic i.e. how to organize practical work/lab work/field work/project work etc. conducted by Er. P. K. Singla. The terminating session of the day was conducted by Dr. (Mrs.) M. Dutta on “e-Content Generation and Distribution”.
The third day of the programme was confiscated by Dr. P. K. Tulsi and she conversed on “Oral Communication skills”. The second session was relinquished by Dr. Rakesh Wats and he conversed on “Developing Creativity”. The final session of the day was again conducted by Dr. (Mrs.) M. Dutta on “e-Content Generation Media Tools”.
The fourth day initiated with most widely discussed topic “How to set Question Papers” by Dr. (Mrs.) S. P. Bedi. The next session was on “Entrepreneurship Development” relinquished by Dr. S. K. Dhameja. Finally the last session of the day was Panel Discussion on “Expectations of Industry from Technical Graduates”.
The first session of the last day of the programme was conducted by Dr. M. P. Pooniaon“Sustainable Development: Role of Teachers”. The second session was views of Experts in Guidance and Counseling.
