CERTIFICATION BOOT CAMP ON MICROSOFT EXCEL

Applied Sciences and Humanities Department of Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurgaon organized a One Day Certification Boot Camp on Microsoft Excel on 23rd Jan 2015 at the college campus. Mr. Pankaj Prasad trainer, guide and software associate from CyberLearning, conducted the workshop and trained the students on various concepts of Micosoft Excel-2010.

Microsoft Excel is a great, very powerful and important software applications. It provides enormous capacity to do quantitative analysis, statistical analyses of databases and it is also user-friendly .

Mr. Prasad highlighted that excel can provide impressive results within a small span of time. He added that by learning some simple yet powerful tips of MS Excel students can analyze, manage, access and accomplish well documented and methodical programming. The students got an idea of creating data charts in a single cell. He added that using Microsoft Excel the manual errors can be reduced and thus the presentations prepared are not only precise but also clear and colorful.

Later an online test was organized by CyberLearning and the top 10 scorers were presented with Microsoft goodies while participation certificates were given to all the participants.

The workshop was attended by a large number of students and all of them benefited immensely from the workshop.
