NCAT-2013

The department of Electronics and Computer Engineering of Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurgaon conducted National Creativity Aptitude Test (NCAT) on February 14th, 2013. (NCAT) is an aptitude test organized by IIT Delhi in association with International Forum for Excellence in Higher Education (IFEHE) annually.

The two winners (Sarita Rani of V Semester from Electronics & Communication Engineering department and Ravi Ahuja of V Semester from Electronics and Computer Engineering ) were sent for second round of test to IIT Delhi on 15th June 2013. Sarita Rani secured third rank in All over India and she was awarded with a Certificate of Excellence, Cheque of Rs. 10,000 and a trophy from IFEHE whereas another Dronacharyan Ravi Ahuja secured 22nd rank.

To congratulate the winners, the ECS department organized a ceremony on August 07th, 2013 where Hon’ble Principal Prof. (Dr.) M. N. Hussain graced the occasion as the Chief Guest in the august presence of all HODs. The Certificate of Excellence was handed over to both the participants who had scored greater that 75 percentile in the exam.
