ADOBE CREATIVE CLOUD 2014

Mr. Amar Saraswat, Assistant Professor from Computer Science & Engineering Department of Dronacharya College of Engineering Gurgaon attended an event Adobe Creative Cloud 2014 organized by Adobe at Eros Hotel, Nehru Place, New Delhi on 8th July 2014.

The eminent expert, Mr. Paul discussed about the Adobe Creative Suite, which promises of innovation to the next level with brand new versions of 14 desktop apps, a new set of mobile apps, and innovative services that keeps creative tools, assets, and community connected. Hundreds of improvements have been added to Creative Cloud since CS6, including major performance enhancements and countless refinements to your favourite tools that make everyday tasks easier and faster. By constantly innovating, Creative Cloud enables users to capitalize on the latest technologies like 3D printing, 4K and Ultra HD video, EPUB fixed layout, and the newest web standards. Plus, Creative Cloud dramatically simplifies all the basic needs.

He also discussed about the newly redesigned Admin Console, Adobe Photoshop CC, Illustrator CC, Muse CC, InDesign CC, Premiere Pro CC, After Effects CC, Dreamweaver CC, Flash Professional CC. he also told that these solutions can work with other Adobe enterprise solutions including Adobe Digital Publishing Suite, Adobe Anywhere for video, Adobe EchoSign, and Adobe Marketing Cloud.

Another speaker Mr. Bishwadeep Moitra, Executive Editor and Graphic Designer, of Art and Photography Department, Outlook, gave the presentation that how the new tools from Adobe has helped to set the content, mix and match the images, and to innovate and design the new images out of the pre captured images. He also showed various front pages of Outlook Magazine, in which the use of Adobe tools was done.

At the end, the speaker showed various steps through which one can do the animations by making a small animated flash. He also told the various benefits of Creative Cloud for Enterprise, such as the full range of Adobe creative apps including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Dreamweaver, and Acrobat XI, Creative Cloud exclusive apps such as the Edge CC family of HTML5 tools, Photoshop Lightroom, and Muse for creating web sites without writing code., Creative Cloud services including Edge Inspect CC, Typekit Desktop Fonts, PhoneGap Build, Story Plus, Cloud storage and folder sharing enable collaboration between groups, agencies and clients, Centralized license management and deployment using the Adobe Enterprise Dashboard and Creative Cloud Packager. He used Adobe After effects and speed breaks in showing the demonstration.

He also talked about the Creative Cloud Connect, Pro Grade Technology, Desktop workflow, Adobe Sketch Line, Photoshop Mix with the use of Adobe ink and Adobe Slide. He also demonstrated how to edit and change the effects in a pre-captured video file using the Adobe after Effect Tool. The event was very useful as participants came to know various concepts of Adobe with their applications.
