CAMPUS PLACEMENT

Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurgaon organized a placement drive of Kellton Tech, a CMMi Level 3 & ISO 9001:2008 certified Software Company on 6th February ’2016 for B. Tech 2016 batch students. Students from CSE, IT and ECE branches participated in it.

The company was founded in the year 1993 with an objective to provide high quality and cost effective tailor made solutions to meet the requirements of its clients. Today it offers consulting, resourcing, Internet marketing services for the entire technology landscape and believes in client satisfaction and maintaining professionalism with them.

The recruitment drive conducted by HR professionals from Kellton included:

In his presentation, Mr. Sanjay Kaushik, Manager Quality and Assurance, Kellton Tech, briefed students about organizational norms, working culture, its turnover, services rendered, and organizational goals to be achieved. Further, they counseled students to derive benefits by joining hands together for the economic and social development of organization and their own.

In the technical interview the students were thoroughly tested on their technical niche and all the basics of engineering study. All the shortlisted students underwent the Face to Face Interview round with the HR in which they were tested on their flexibility and fitting in the company’s culture.

After the final HR round the three students Gagandeep Singh (15471), Luv Mendiratta (15484) and Simming Agrawal (15522) were selected.
