The process started with a presentation given by Mr. Rahul & Mr. Jayanta, professionals from IGATE, to brief the students about the company and their career prospects in the organization. After the presentation, a written test was conducted which comprised technical and aptitude questions. On the basis of the test, the list of shortlisted students was declared. Finally, personal interviews of the shortlisted students were conducted and 57 students were selected.
