INNOSKILL 2017

On 3rd and 4th April 2017, Anikete Bajaj (17511), Dhruv Pratap Singh (17523) and Charandeep Singh (17519),students of Information Technology Departmentfrom Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurgaon participated in "Innoskill 2017" a technical fest organized by MRIU, Faridabad.

The competition was organized with the aim of making people skilled in the latest upcoming technologies and to provide a platform to students for show casting their skills and capabilities to the Engineering world. The different kinds of technical events were organized including project competitions, LAN gaming, problem solving contest, App development challenge, workshops, tech shows and skill corner etc.

Anikete, Dhruv and Charandeep participated in SRIJAN competition held on 3rd April, 2017. The students had to present their remarkable technology ideas, demonstrate their projects or venture concepts to gear towards creating a better Environment. Overall 7 categories and 50 teams had participated in SRIJAN project competition and presented their best project with the future scope along with the compulsory attributes. Every team who had participated in SRIJAN competition was provided 20 minutes to explain and give the full description of the project along with synopsis and a power point presentation (compulsory attributes) On the basis of their project and presentation the jury members marked the individuals.

Anikete, Dhruv and Charandeep presented their project idea “Smart RF Speed Controller” which is to develop a wireless RF controller that can control speed of the car automatically as well as manually. It can be implemented on the road to control the speed of the car by the range of 1 KM with the help of wireless radio frequency controller. The presentation was followed by a questionnaire round in which the judges asked some questions to the participants.

Anikete, Dhruv and Charandeep won the   JURY CHOICE AWARD with a cash price of Rs 2000/-. It was a great learning experience for the students to be part of this fest as they have learnt about latest technologies and trends.

The Award distribution ceremony took place on 4th April, 2017 at the auditorium.
