Mrs. Akanksha Kulshreshtha, Assistant Professor from Electronics & Computer Engineering Department along with ten students of III and V Semester ECS attended a one day workshop onk it was organized by Om Shanti Retreat Centre on 20th September, 2014 (Saturday) at Om Shanti Retreat Centre, Blilaspur Chowk, Pataudi Road, Gurgaon. The workshop was organized to celebrate Engineers Day.

The workshop was all about peace of mind and self recreation. The spritual thoughts delivered by Brahmakumari Asha were very inspiring. She guided us the way of self analysis and self evaluation. She gave many real world examples to analyse a human psychology and nature.

A very few activities was conducted by them to analyse the state of mind in that condition and what should be done to change that state of mind. Speaker advised all the listeners to spend at least 5 minutes with themselves and not to think anything else in those 5 minutes.

A motivational video was shown on “ Unity and Humanity” which fascinated the viewers and motivated them to help the physically and mentally challenged people.
