Anshul Patro (Roll No. 14605), a student of Electronics and Computer Engineering Department of Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurgaon attended the event DevFest’14 organized by Google Developer’s Group-New Delhi on 2nd November 2014 at Investopad, Gurgaon.

The objective of DevFest was to make aware the willing developers about the Android Wear and the latest released version of Android, i.e., LOLLIPOP, Android Version 5.0. The meeting was marked by the introductory session of the Google Developers. The event was divided into two simultaneously running sessions on “Android” and “Cloud”. Mr. Nick Pattrick and Mr. Raveesh Bhalla from Google and other team members from GDG New Delhi.

The practical exposure was also provided by the developers on Android Studio to make the interaction of Android Wear and phone devices clear.

The event was useful as it helped the participants in enhancing their knowledge.
