Dr. Anil Sethi, a well-known motivator & trainer conducted a seminar in Electronics & Computer Engineering Department on 27th February 2013. He delivered lecture on “Goal Setting & Achievement of Goal”. Through his lecture, our students learnt how to set the goal and how to remain positive for achieving the goal. He also talked on “How to manage in corporate world”. He explained the difference between AIM and GOAL.

He beautifully explained how to manage emotional intelligence at work place and the problems faced by an individual when he/she has to act as a leader in a group. He explained various behavioral aspects of a “Leader”. He conducted Case Study on Leadership by taking example of “Bhuvan” character from the movie “LAGAAN”. He also made students write “Business Plans”. He stressed on role of communication in life by citing examples and guided students to choose their words properly before speaking. The session was highly interactive and activity based and our students enjoyed and learned a lot.
