On 7th January 2017, two students Akansha Marwah (16762) and Shubham (17777) from Electronics and Computer Engineering Department of Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurgaon attended a meeting regarding Innovation Fair at National Science Centre, New Delhi.

National Science Centre is organizing a project competition ‘Innovation Fair’ during the Innovation Festival 2017 at National Science Centre from 20th to 23rd January, 2017. Two projects of ECS Dept.: Advanced Healthcare Monitoring System Using IoT and Advanced Medicine Dispensor Machine For Highways have been selected in Category A and Category B respectively for the display of project in Innovation Fair.

The main objective of the meet was to discuss the plan and schedule of the 4 days of Innovation Fair. They acknowledged all the participants about the facilities that they will provide and also asked participants to discuss their project requirements. During the meet they also introduced the students about the opportunity to become a member of the National Science Centre.

Mr. Dinesh Malik (Education officer, National Science Centre) delivered a brief about the inauguration ceremony that will be held on 20th January, 2017 and the further proceedings for the project display.

The meeting proved to be a good experience and gave a glimpse of the upcoming competition.
