CAMPUS PLACEMENT

Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurgaon organized a placement drive for Brahmputra Group, an Infrastructure company, on 16th March 2016 for B. Tech civil engineering 2016 batch students. Students from other institutions like Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida, DPGITM and BM College of Technology & Management also participated in the drive.

The resource person from the company for the drive was Mr. Abhishek, Manager Human Resource. He told that Brahmaputra Group was established in 1987 as a Proprietorship Concern and become a Limited Company as Brahmaputra Infrastructure Limited (BIL) in 1998. There are many projects in the infrastructure sector like Engineering Procurement & Construction (EPC) and Real Estate Hospitality across the nation.

The recruitment process steps were as under:

1. Student Registration & Pre-recruitment briefing to students by company representative.

2. Screening Process consisting of Aptitude & Technical Test (Elimination Round)

3. Group Discussion

The students shortlisted at the drive were asked to report to the company office for the final selection.
