ANNUAL SPORTS MEET 2017

In addition to imparting academic excellence, Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurgaon lays special emphasis on all round development of the students. Following its tradition, the college organized Annual Sports Meet from 31 March 2017 to 1 April 2017. Students from different streams participated in various sports and games like Cricket, Volleyball, Basketball, Races and several other activities filled the playground of the college with charm and exuberance.

In Cricket, the team of ME Department boys won the final match and the audience was fascinated by their brilliant performance throughout the exciting cricket matches. In Girls category team of (ECE+CIVIL+ECS+IT+CSIT+EEE) Department girls won the match and has shown their potential. The team of CSE Department won the match of [Basket Ball, Boys], [Basket Ball, Girls] and [Volley Ball boys] and proved their ability of endurance, athleticism, and planning.

The final day events discovered many winners who were awarded for their victory. Ms. Deepika Dang (17199), winner [100 m. Race Girls], Mr. Bhanu Pratap Singh (18035), winner [100 m. Race Boys], Mr. Shubham Ruthan (17777), winner [200 m. Race Boys], Ms. Aayushi Nayals (17762), winner [Lemon Race Girls], Mr. Bhanu Pratap Singh (18035), winner [Sack Race Boys], Ms. Sonu Yadav (16775), winner [Matka Race Girls] were the center of attraction at the event.
