During the camp the volunteers from each state of India represented the incredibility of their cultural and historical significance through various performances. Dignitaries like Mr. Sarbananda Sanowal, Hon’ble Youth Minister, Govt.of India, Mr. Girish Kumar Tuteja, the Program Advisor of NSS, Mr. Kamakhya Prasad Tasa, Hon’ble Member of Parliament, Jorhat; Mr. Sunil (NSS Head Assam) , Mr. Atul Kumar, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, Dibrugarh University; Dr. Sashikanta Saikia, the Principal Majuli College, Dr. Kataki (NSS Financial Load Head) motivated the volunteers and shared their views on social services. During their camp at Dibrugargh the volunteers visited the biggest oil refinery of Asia, wild life sanctuary which made the camping experience even more adventurous for the volunteers. |
