NATIONAL SCIENCE DAY CELEBRATION AND AWARD FOR ESSAY WRITING COMPETITION

Haryana Vigyan Manch and Haryana Gyan Vigyan Samity celebrated the National Science Day on 28th February , 2015 at Government College for Women Rohtak .
Prof. (Dr.) R.C. Sharma from Applied Sciences & Humanities Department of Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurgaon received the Best Essay Award in the Essay Writing Competition event for his essay on “No more Degradation of Environment”. . The award was given away by Dr. Laxmi Beniwal Dalal, Principal Government College for Women Rohtak.
In Dr. Suraj Bhan Memorial Lecture, Dr. Rakesh Mohan Hellan, an eminent writer & former Professor and Head, Department of Chemistry, Kurukshetra University delivered lecture on the topic “Science in Human History”.
The closing speech was delivered by Dr. M.S Narwal, President Haryana Vigyan Manch.
