VIMANTRA - 2013

Seven Faculty members from Electronics and Communication Engineering Department of Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurgaon; Prof A.N. Mahajan, Prof (Dr.) Vinay Nassa, Mrs. Rakhi Khedikar, Mrs. Sakshi Pahuja, Mr. Ajit, Mrs. Seema Das, and Mr. Harimohan submitted the abstracts of projects in Vimantra-2013, a National Technical Paper Contest for Research Scholars organised by National Instruments Bangalore.

With the focus of highlighting the growing research landscape in India, Vimantra-2013 provided an opportunity for scholars to present their innovative applications in Engineering and Science fields. Researchers from all across the nation submitted their solutions in Graphical System Design. The following projects submitted by DCE faculty members were shortlisted for the First round on 19th-June-2013:

1. Vehicle Identification Using LAB View  

2. Adhoc Routing protocols using LAB View         

3. Energy Efficient Wireless Sensor Network       

4. Image Compression using colour space conversion 

5. Synthesis of Analog Filters using MATLAB     

6. Model order reduction on non-linear system    

7. Automatic Classification of ECG Wave forms

Certificates of Participation in Project Competition were given to all the participants.
