On 1st November 2014 three students, namely Sahil Jindal (15091), Abhishek Yadav (16005) and Ajay Kumar Sharma (16009) from Computer Science & Engineering Department of Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurgaon visited Microsoft Centre, Gurgaon for Tech-Meet by Delhi User Group .

Main aim of this event was to learn Latest Technologies from Industry experts. This was a half-day event in Delhi NCR includes a great line-up of industry-recognized speakers. Event began with registration Process.

Mr. Brij Bhusan Mishra (MVP) handled first Session and he discussed about “Quick Steps to Improve Performance of ASP.NET Application”

Asp.net Performance Improvement checklist is divided into 4 broad categories:

1. Identifying part of asp.net web application requires optimization.
2. Optimizing Asp.net web project to improve website performance.
3. Tips for writing codes in order to enhance performance.
4. Database Optimization to improve

Mr Aman Dhallay (MVP) took second Session and he puts highlights on Powershell and Automation. After that, Mr. Sarabpreet Singh Anand (MVP) discussed on Backup and Restore Improvement in SQL Server 2014. After Tea Break Mr. Ahmad Osama (SQL expert) talked over “T-SQL for application Developer” In Last Session Mr Dhananjay Kumar (MVP) talked on “Five MVC features you should know as MVC Developer”.

Overall, Tech-Meet was really an enriching and knowledgeable experience for CSE Students.
