RGREP

On 25th September 2013 a group of 60 students from Computer Science Engineering Department of Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurgaon visited Rajiv Gandhi Renewable Energy Park (RGREP), Sector 29, Gurgaon under the coordination of Mrs. Chitra Kaul, Associate Professor and Mr. Chain Singh, Assistant Professor of the Department.

The objective of this visit was to create awareness among the students and to provide them a forum of interaction with distinguished experts working on different energy solutions like Solar Energy, Wind Power, Hydro Power, Energy Efficiency, Bio-fuels and alternative fuels.

The distinguished sch0lars and experts of Rajiv Gandhi Renewable Park, Gurgaon (RGREP) made them well aware about the Energy Park and various technologies based on Energy resources. The students were guided to utilize energy resources in a practical manner.

The visit was useful to the students as they learnt the working-processes of various technical equipments being operated using solar power. The students availed the opportunity to interact with the experts from Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency (IREDA).
