A Joint Campus Placement Drive was conducted on 10th June, 2013 at Dronacharya College Of Engineering, Gurgaon by Cummins a multinational company in association with CoCubes. Around 200 students from various colleges attended the drive.
The Drive was conducted by Technical and HR team of Cummins, Pune headed by Mr. Dipesh, HR Manager (Cummins).
The registration process started at 09:30 AM by verifying the admit cards of the candidates. The duration of the test was 100 minutes. It consisted of questions from the following two modules:
1. Employability Aptitude: Quantitative, Analytical, Reasoning, General Knowledge and English Comprehension.
2. Domain Test: Mechanical, Production, Industrial and Automobile
A total of 50 students were shortlisted based on their scores in written test. They attended the Power Point Presentation given by Mr. Dipesh. He addressed the students about the company, their Vision, Mission and finally their career path in Cummins.
After the Power point presentation students attended Technical and HR interviews. Finally 23 students got selected in Cummins.
On behalf of Cummins, Mr. Dipesh (HR Manager) thanked the management for hosting the drive in the campus.
