Mrs. Neha Malik, Assistant Professor from CSE Department and Mrs. Madhu, Assistant Professor from ECE Department of Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurgaon attended a two-day program on “Mentor Development Course”, held at Indian Agricultural Research Institute, PusaInstitute, New Delhi on 31st January to 1st February 2014. It was conducted by “The Mentoring Skills Finishing School (MSFS)”, a pioneering initiative of the NEN Mentor Platform with an objective to identify, train and empowers future Faculty Mentors to effectively work with entrepreneurs in the ecosystem.

During this workshop, the speaker Mrs. Radhika Meenakshi Shankar, Founder –Wise Owl Consulting shared her experience and knowledge on various topics like leading-edge Global Practices, Strategic Development of Entrepreneurial Campus, network of entrepreneurship educators etc.

The coursealso provided the unique opportunity to learn how to mentor in a hands-on manner and included a structured mentoring apprenticeship under the guidance of accomplished industry and senior faculty mentors of the NEN network.
