WORKSHOP-EDC

On 30th September, 2013 the Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC) of Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurgaon organised a workshop on “Innovation Projects”. Mr. Sujit Banerjee, Director, Department of Science and Technology (DST), New Delhi was the chief guest for the occasion. Mr. Banerjee interacted with the budding technocrats and guided them on how to convert their ideas into a great business projects. He also motivated the students for Entrepreneurship.

The key speaker Mr. Sanjay Vohra, IEDC Head, Acharya Narendra Dev College, University of Delhi shared his views on transforming an innovative idea into a concept.

Students from different departments presented their ideas and projects. Five projects Floating Display,Intelligent Security Bracelet, Laptop Security, Heatroformer and Power Generation through Speed Breakers were selected for financial assistance. The projects were judged by Mr. Sujit Banerjee, Mr. Sanjay Vohra, Hon’ble Principal Prof. (Dr.) M.N. Hussain and HODs of all departments.
