HELLO! ANDROID

A group of twenty students from Computer Science Engineering Department of Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurgaon attended a two -day workshop on “Class and Objects, Hello! Android” organized by Grapecity Communit, Noida on 12th-13th September, 2013 at Mahatma Gandhi Mission College of Engineering & Technology, Noida. The objective of this workshop was to make the participants conversant with the functions of various programs in Microsoft Visual Studio.

Mr. Virat, from Grapecity, delivered an informative lecture on Class and objects highlighting its advantages and implementations. He also shared his views on android applications using the Eclipse IDE. A Group Discussion on Class & Objects was organized and Kabir Kashyap (Roll No. 13053) a student from Computer Science and Engineering Department, DCE Gurgaon,won a prize.

A session on Business Etiquette was also held and students were asked questions related to business etiquettes and Hand to Hand Gifts were awarded to students.

The Workshop concluded with a valedictory session in which certificates were distributed to the participants.
