                                          | Training  and Placement Cell of Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurgaon conducted Cocubes  Pre- Assessment Test for final year B. Tech students in association  with CoCubes.com on 12th November 2013. Pre-Assessment Test  is an employability test to assess students across a range of skills, aptitude,  Technical, Personality, Psychometric, Coding and Domain etc. The score of the  test is then intimated to the corporate across India for hiring students. The objective  of Pre-Assessment test is to ensure that every student in any corner of India  gets an equal opportunity to build a career. |  
                                          | Over 250 Final year students from all branches  appeared in the test and evaluated their caliber, skills and knowledge. The  Training and Placement Cell of the college guides the students to score better  through rigorous practice of the following topics prescribed as the syllabus of  Co-cubes: |  
                                            | Aptitude  Test (60 minutes) Analytical Reasoning Visual Reasoning, Statement  & Conclusions, Relationships, Logical Reasoning, Attention to Details, Flow  charts etc. Numerical Reasoning Concepts of mathematics including Time &  Work, Speed & Distance, Algebra, Equations, Progressions, Profit &  Loss, Ratios, Averages, Geometry, Data Interpretation

                                            | Computer  Fundamentals (15 minutes) 
Basics of C/C++/OOPS - beginner level  understanding of how to program in C or C++, basic syntax of these languages,  theoretical knowledge about how these languages work.
                                                 Basics of Data Structures – Beginner level  understanding of data structures about fundamental types of structures such as  trees, various methods of sorting etc. General topics in computing fundamentals to test  knowledge about software, hardware, binary/decimal/hexadecimal conversions,  everyday encounters with computers.  |
