Grand Finale

Entrepreneurship Development Cell of Dronacharya College of Engineering celebrated E-Week with great enthusiasm during February-March 2014 and organized, orientation program on 26th February 2014 The also competed for awards during E-week 2014 to be given by National Entrepreneurship Network (NEN) & Wadhwani Foundation.

The E-Cell of Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurgaon named as D’CEED (Dronacharya’s Center for Entrepreneurial Enterprise and Development) has won “Entrepreneurship Week India 2014 Runners up Trophy” of E-Week 2014 held at VIT Campus, Jaipur on March 8, 2014.

Prof. Swati Jha, Head EDC, along with students, Neelima Saini (Roll No. 15723) from ECS, Sumit Kumar Pandey (Roll No. 15650) from CIVIL, Harsha Suri (Roll No. 15035), Komal Chauhan (Roll No. 15072) from CSE, Sparsh Kaushik (Roll No. 14379), Anurag Saini (Roll No. 14289) and Rijul Prakash (Roll No. 15372) from ME department attended the same.

Grand Finale started in full swing with welcome address by NEN & Wadhwani Foundation. Mr. Ajay Vir Jakhar, Serial Entrepreneur, Speaker at World Economic Forum 2012 and Director NAFED, shared his entrepreneurial experiences and adventures with the audience. E-Week India Pledge was taken by one & all present in the function. Prof. Arya Kumar, Unit Chief ED & IPR at BITS Pilani, member NEN Faculty Advisory Board talked about the initiatives at BITS Pilani. Mr. Vishwas Mudagal, Serial Entrepreneur, CEO, GoodWork Labs talked regarding entrepreneurial spirit and how an entrepreneur has to figure out appropriate solutions to versatile problems.
