At the outset, I feel proud to be a member of Dronacharya College of Engineering family. The best feature I observe is the faculty members who touch all the rings of life to make their student a perfect human being. The department has well-equipped labs and excellent atmosphere for studies. In a nutshell, it can be said that Dronacharya Gurukul does the duty of converting a raw student into a self-dependent, sincere and a hard-working technocrat as well as a good citizen.

The Department performs its radiant role in shaping, moulding and metamorphing the raw talent on the anvil of value-based education grooming them, reinforcing and revitalizing their acquired or inherent talents. On academic front, average to brilliant student - everyone is given equal attention. This enables every student to give 100% results and he becomes accustomed to hard work and sincerity. This professional college facilitates us with so many recreational activities from time to time that refresh the students. There is Sports week, with all the sports covered, cultural activities to discover and show inner talent and Techno-Fest for building up our I.Q.

As the rays of the sun fall on our faces, a splendid building attracts us to itself and this building is none other than our college 'Dronacharya College of Engineering'. Here education is a happy learning process, along with academics; the college aims at all round development of the personality of its students. Every moment is the moment of creation and each moment of creation has infinite possibilities. This becomes clear to us at this college. The college has a widespread beautiful campus with sprawling lush green lawns in the midst of sylvan surroundings. It does not merely teach quality, productivity and efficiency but also provide an environment with an exemplary campus eulogized for quality culture, productivity - linked operation systems and admirable administration to serve the larger interest of the student community.

The Dept of Applied Sciences & Humanities is one of the most dedicated ones in the college. Under the guidance of our respected HOD Prof. (Dr.) Sri Krishan Yadav, the Department has witnessed tremendous progress. Our HOD encourages us to focus on becoming well groomed, able Engineers and not merely people with a technical degree. The faculty members are also extremely helpful and supportive. The Information Resource Centre or Library in the College is the one place where we have access to every book that is part of our curriculum. There is also a huge reference section to assist us further in our pursuit of knowledge. There are also a host of different types of technical, non - technical journals, newspapers and magazines available to the students.

Our Department has a balanced blend of Professors, Associate Professors and Assistant Professors who deliver their lectures in way that the topic becomes easier and interesting. In the Department each class room is equipped with an over Head Projector, which is fully exploited by the faculty. Presentation and Seminars are held regularly. Our labs are fully equipped and the staffs members take pain to explain to us the experiments. We are given free hand to use computer room for internet connection. Our Department is progressing in various spheres like quality of teaching, better labs and placement.

Being a part of this esteemed and reputed college, I feel proud to see myself at a place where the elements of knowledge, discipline and education merge to light up the lamp of success for the members of this family. The discipline maintained here is worthy of appreciation and 'Guru Shishya' relation is certainly not to be forgotten. The Faculty members give individual attention to the students, which is unlike any other institution. Various occasions are celebrated according to our customs, tradition and culture. I fall short of words when it comes to describing the Dronacharya family. I would just say that the glow of this institution in 'ineffable'.

The department of Applied Sciences and Humanities provides a firm foundation to the aspirants of varied streams. I must share that the faculty and staff members make adequate endeavours to make a useful contribution to the career of Dronacharyans. Besides imparting academic excellence the college also organizes co - curricular activities like scintillating sports and Drontech -, a commendable criss - cross of various events. College life plays an important role in the life of students. The attractive features of our college which make it best as compare to other education institutions are it lecturers, discipline, sincere teaching and allocation of assignments, transport services and much more. At DCE, every care is taken may be related to studies or extra curricular activities.

Our College arranges Farewell Parties, Freshers party, Annual Day Function and Annual Sports Meet for all students. Extra classes are also provided for the weak students which show it is a unique and concerned college. In centre of the College Campus “Saint Dronacharya” with “5 Pandavas” is placed. This inspires the teacher-student relationship and promotes sincerity and hard work.

I feel myself very lucky that I study in the wonderful world of Dronacharya College of Engineering. DCE is one of the best Technical institutions in the state of Haryana. This is just like Gurukul where our teachers polish us just like Diamonds in a most exemplary, ideal and disciplined academic environment. I feel this is the place which provides the healthy learning environment to the students to achieve academic excellence with a mastery of process skills and sound understanding of concepts.

Also they provide the students with number of opportunities to participate in various co-curricular activities and to excel themselves in area like communication skills, Personality Development. I feel immense pleasure and proud in being a ‘Dronacharyan’. This institute made me believes that “Careers are crafted with care and not by merely luxuriating in rosy dreams”.

Our College as we all know is the best College of M.D.U, Rohtak. It has reached greater heights due to the discipline and the policy of anti-ragging. Teachers are putting their best efforts so we can understand whatever is being taught in the classes. The best thing I have observed in the College is that the teachers are always ready to solve our problems whenever we approach them. LCD Projectors in the classrooms make our studies easier and interesting.

Dronacharya College of Engineering, for us it’s not just a name to be felt proud of being a part of it, for us it is a path to achieve that pinnacle of success. Today Dronacharya is a world-class technical institution. Teaching with relevance to the practical world as a guiding principle continues to be its primary purpose. The dedicated authorities and staff members are doing their best to make DCE a student's galaxy where they can bloom in each and every aspect of their personality out of a humdrum school student.

Studying in Dronacharya College of Engineering is really an enriching experience. I joined this college almost a year back and since then I have had a very satisfactory and knowledgeable stay here Dronacharya is truly a modern ‘gurukul’ as it claims to be. The teaching environs here helps students learn and evolve-academically, socially, emotionally and spiritually- serving the real purpose of education.

On one hand the Dronacharya Bhaskar Bhawani Faculty members embody the spirit of the traditional guru who pays attention to each and every student providing them quality education with selfless approach. On the other, are the world-class infrastructural facilities made available to the students. Truly, I feel myself privileged enough to be a part of this Institute.

I am a student of II sem of this College. This being my first year here, I have a lot of things to observe. Set in picturesque surroundings the Infrastructure is really impressive. Scoring high in infrastructure, DCE has earned name and fame for itself in providing quality education. The faculty of the College is highly qualified and experienced who Provide the students with updated knowledge and develop in them a blended learning approach for optimal learning. In today’s competitive world, students need more than just academic credentials. 

At DCE, students are given exposure to various cultural activities and group discussions and entrusted with responsibilities as coordinators for organizing different events such as Dron-Tech, Farewell Function etc. This helps them to acquire and hone the vital skills so necessary for entry into the real world.

One thing I have learnt in this College is that life is action, not contemplation. The message of Lord Krishna to Arjuna that has transcended the barriers of space and time teaches us to put our heart and soul into our work and strive for excellence in our “Karmakshetra.” In my view “Success is not in achievement but in action.” The journey to become the best is not easy. It is full of challenges. Achievers have the ability to overcome and to bounce back with even greater resolve. Life offers one dream but it is within us to turn these dreams into reality. Now being a Dronacharyan I feel that I will give a concrete shape to my dreams.

I am a student of First Year IT Branch. DCE, with a firm belief in “Education with Quality”. Our College is moving ahead adding new feathers to its cap every year. We have achieved many successes till now and will definitely keep gaining successes always. Our College believes in imparting not only quality education but an education, which makes good civilized citizens who can be world-class technocrats and entrepreneurs with a capability to do something worthwhile for the society.

In the first year of our Engineering course, the students are acquainted with the nuances of the basic but diverse subjects, which act as a bridge course between their secondary studies and their courses in higher semesters of B. Tech.

The foundation provided here enables the students to gear up with full confidence. Keeping in touch with the latest in technologies, in our Department we are taught with LCD projectors and mikes in each classroom. We pride ourselves in giving many University rank holders each year and many of our seniors have already got good positions in various companies in India and abroad. With a tradition of our seniors bringing in laurels to the institute and college striving hard to excel in dissemination of current knowledge and quality education, we only hope feel confident and follow the trail blazed by them.

DCE, as a young institute started its long journey towards newer horizons of Education, about 10 years ago and today it has become synonymous with quality education and brilliance. Being a student of this reputed college I feel very proud and fortunate to be a part of an institution committed to improve and excel. It is undoubtedly one of the best technical institutions of the State of Haryana with an exceptional infrastructure and quality of education.

The College is situated in sylvan surroundings in a pollution-free environment and well constructed building with ultra modern facilities. The faculty here is highly qualified and experienced, offering us an updated knowledge that allows us a doorway into a richer world through affective content.

DCE is an educational institute par excellence and an enviable source of quality education enhancing our academic careers to the utmost level. It is one of the best in the State, started about 10 years ago and has produced many engineers who have brought name and fame to the College. Our College is exceptional in nurturing our personalities and enhancing our capabilities in a pleasant environment of a sprawling green location far away from the city in the confines of an excellence of architecture in the shape of a huge building.

The college has many wings such as Academic block, Administrative block, Auditorium, fully equipped classrooms, library, canteen, play grounds, hostels, various labs etc.

For the convenience of students coming from very long distance, our College provides bus facilities from Rohini, Saket, South Delhi, different Sectors in Gurgaon and many other places. Today our College is offering engineering courses in five streams with 120 seats in two streams and 60 seats each in the rest is permanently affiliated to M.D.U, Rohtak and is NAAC and NBA accredited and has ISO 2000-09 certification. It is undoubtedly pacing towards newer heights every year.

Since I myself am a student of IT first Year, so I can boast of the fact that the Department of Applied Sciences and Humanities has the most competent and professional staff. They all are highly qualified from various reputed Colleges. They make the freshers adjust with the academic part so comfortably and efficiently that their efforts are seen when the results are declared. Our college has a fleet of its own buses, which reach various parts of Delhi as well as Gurgaon. In short, I love my College very much and I am quite lucky to have got admission in this prestigious Institute.
