Students of Electronics & Communication and Electrical & Electronics Engineering Department along with faculty, Ms.Pratibha Bharati, attended the National Conference READIT 2014 at Shadeed Udham Singh Engineering College, Tangoori, Chandigarh. READIT-2014 .The aim of the conference was to provide a common platform to the researchers and practitioners from both academia as well as industry to meet and share cutting-edge developments in the field. The major objective of the conference was to enhance scientific and engineering knowledge among researchers, engineers and students. The conference covered many recent research topics such as Advancement in GSM, Cognitive Radio, Big Data, Optical Fibre etc.

A research paper was presented by Ms. Pratibha Bharti entitled “Analysation of AODV, OLSR and ZRP in Wireless Sensor Network using Qualnet”. Two more papers were presented by first year students- “Calculator Works for Ohm’s Law” by Anmol Kaushik, Rajat Munjal, Bhupender and Amandeep as well as “Virtual Reality” by Mukul Dev, Shubhneek and Sumit Jangra.
